Children never create accounts. A grown-up adds a reader using a nickname, an age band and, optionally, a birthday month. Reading progress, rewards and paintings are stored only on your device. We don't collect names, photos, voice recordings, location or contacts, and the apps contain no advertising or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
The apps download new stories from our content server. These downloads are signed and checked on the device, and they don't include any information about your child.
After subscribing, a grown-up can choose to join the Fan Club from inside the app (behind the parental gate). Only the email address they type, their letter language and the fact that it came from the app are sent. This is optional, and nothing about your child is ever sent.
Foxy, the reading buddy, speaks only from lines written by people. No AI chat, no microphone, and nothing your child says or does is sent anywhere.
Foxy Club subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store, behind a parental gate. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app whether a subscription is active.
The Fan Club is for adults aged 18 and over. If you join, we store your email address (and whether you want English or Thai letters) only to send the monthly Foxy letter and launch news. Unsubscribe at any time from any email, or ask us to delete your address. We never sell or share it. The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
20% of our proceeds from every Foxy Reads sale is donated to House of Angels for Stray Animals (บ้านนางฟ้าของสัตว์จร) in Saraburi, Thailand. No customer information is shared with our partner.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, tell Fan Club members by email.
